I know a lot of people gained weight during the pandemic, but I didn't. I've been practicing boxing with Coach Tino and I can feel myself learning and growing physically and mentally. He will work with you at your pace but pushes you to reach that next step. Every practice I can do a little more than the last and I learn something new to incorporate every time. Coach Tino lives by his message of perfect practice = perfect performance and wants you to achieve that as well. If you want to get in shape or build confidence, it may not be easy at first but you'll start to see the results if you stick with it. Great guy, great program!
