I have been working as a trainer and health coach for over 14 years. My approach is whole body wellness, and long term lifestyle changes to help women live their healthiest, best lives.
I believe in meeting each client where they are at in their wellness journey. There are many "one size fits all" approaches to fitness. I make each program customizable to the client, assisting their starting knowledge and abilities and working to progress from there. I believe in impowering my clients with knowledge and the knowing that they can do hard things. My goal as a trainer and health coach is to give you the tools to make lifelong changes through a stepladder of habit building (no crash diets here). My success as a trainer is having clients who have adopted habits and knowledge they can integrate into their lives for long term success.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first step is a consultation to go over lifestyle, current activity level, nutrition, and goals. Depending on their goals, we develop a customized plan for them to help them efficiently reach their goals. Progress is tracked through weight, body fat measurements, and circumference measurements.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
National Academy of Sports Medicine certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Health Coach, Womens Fitness Specialist, MMA conditioning, Weightloss Specalist. Certified in Aerialates, TRX, Kettle Bells, TRX rip trainer.
