Chef John did an amazing job and we can’t say enough about the night. Chef John showed the wife and I and our best friend couple how to prepare an amazing meal which highlighted raclette, Fruti Di Mari and all with a paired selection of fine wines. The food and experience was amazing. We learned so much and everyone had a blast. Would do it again.

I worked as an assistant to Chef John at Sur La Table Cooking Classes for about a year. He is an exceptional chef, and he can teach people how to make hard techniques seem easy. Also I think Chef John could do his Grandma's Italian cuisine blindfolded.
I will customize a lesson or series of lessons based on what you want to learn, from this is how to hold a knife and boil water, to 30 minute meals, to writing menus, opening a restaurant and catering banquets.
