I treat the athletes with respect and hold them accountable (Athletically, Classroom & In life). I let each athlete know that they need to have a plan after graduation and if it doesn't work with sports. Watching what each athlete become. Watch your investment turn into something great. Staying in contact with athletes as they move on and grow (listen how you helped them succeed.)

Love the game myself, while being a student of the game as it is steadily changing. I like to take my knowledge and pass it down to students who want to advance their skill levels and advance in their sport as well as in life.
