I have 20 years of coaching experience at the High School level primarily with Quarterbacks,Running Backs and Recievers. I also coached Defensive Backs and Linebackers. I played in high school and college so I know what it takes top compete at a high level. I enjoy helping athletes reach their goals and helping them to have a better understanding of football. I'm coach Rick! I'm a very dedicated, knowledgeable and passionate certified speed and athlete trainer. I specialize in sprint training, speed/agility development, strength training and overall athlete enhancement. I'm not a one size fits all type of trainer.
