Making sure you have proper form during workouts to prevent injury, you stretch before or after workout to prevent soreness, and encourages other practices such as massage and yoga to help improve mobility and prevent injury. When/If you fall off the wagon he makes sure to talk through it to find the underlying issue and get you back on track. He is a very straight forward coach. He will be very upfront with you in regards to how he operates and what he expects from you. I know that I will see results when I follow his plan. Eric is able to tailor workout sessions to fit my needs and goals after only a couple sessions - this is beneficial knowing there are injuries in my past! He's super friendly and amazingly easy to work with. It's fun to see the many times he improvised on the spot due to unforseen situations at a moment's notice, but definitely very appreciative for them. 10/10 recommend!
