I specialize in building technique, confidence, and self-expression through movement, while incorporating mental wellness into every session. I’m also the founder of Psych of Dance, a mindful movement program designed to help students grow emotionally and artistically—whether they are beginners, industry-bound, or simply dancing for joy. My experience extends from one-on-one coaching to full production sets in film, music videos, and live performance.
