About
I love teaching anyone about the game of golf, mental portion, swing, driver, mid irons, short game, and putting. I will give you 100% of my time and leave you with confidence with every improvement of your game. Ask me about See, Feel, Trust.
I enjoy and have experience with working with school age students, men and women, as a golf coach, playing golf in different countries, competing, playing charity events and just enjoy when a student learns and improves on what they are learning. I've enjoyed the game of golf for over 40 years. I just have a passion to pass on the game to those that enjoy the game. I also enjoy when my students can see improvements in their game and also watching them hit good shot that puts a smile on their faces. [email protected]

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Getting to know them during the first five minute through conversation. Go to the range, have them warm up hitting balls as I watch their form and technique. Have them talk to me about what they are wanting to learn and their expectations from the lesson. I will always give my 100% of my attention and time to them. Have the student feeling confidence in what they are learning before they leave.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 40 years of golf experience. I played high school golf, qualified to play for the military ten times. Played professionally for NTPGA, and PAGA. I play in charity events and in some competitive tournaments. Have gone through a few seminars on the psychological mental game of golf. Have I mentioned that I am a golf coach and have been for three years.

How did you get started teaching?
I got started teaching or giving lesson in 1991-1993 when I lived in Berlin, Germany. I gave lessons in South Korea from 1996-1997. Then started back up again in 2019. I actually in the past would just go with my friends or be with people who wanted me to be with them on the range instead of by themselves because it made them feel better when I was with them.
What types of students have you worked with?
As a golf coach, have worked with school age students, men and women that are just starting out and also some golfers that are more than a beginner to intermediate. I have worked with some advance golfer with the mental aspect of the golf game. During the school year, I work with middle and high school students to help improve their golf game as well teaching them about etiquette and how to manage themselves on the golf course.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am fond of charity events where we are giving back to the community, non-profit organizations and playing in a few competitive events. I am also fond of junior golf as well as school golf events.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure you enjoy the teacher, that the teacher respects you, is attentive to what you are wanting to learn and gives you 100% of his or her time to you.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Think about what you are wanting to learn, accomplishing through a lesson and/or take walking away after a lesson. It will be difficult at first but it will take practice to get better with what you're wanting to learn, whether it's the swing of hitting the ball straight, learning what each irons does, working on your (short game) chipping around the green or learning to putt. Don't be afraid to ask any questions about golf. If you're a high school golfer who is trying to get college coaches to notice your golf talents, then get with me and I can help you what you need to do.
