I love acting, performing and directing. I believe basic acting skills help you in every day life to be more poised, confident and help hone listening skills. It is a true delight for me to see the "light-bulb" go off when a student fully grasps a new concept or idea.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

It was a natural process over the years.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I was working with a young actress to bring out her confidence on stage to play the role of a torch singer. We worked with her focusing on the words in the script and song for the meaning behind them to motivate her actions. I call it acting from the heart. She got the part!!!
