Julian is a world class trainer! Up to now he is my personal trainer for the past 5 years! But regardless of the age every next year I feel myself younger and stronger than before. It's incredible!!! I have never been in sport oriented person in my life and do not exercised in permanent basis. Now I can do movements which have never been able to perform in my youth 20+ years ago. I'm a MD, Professor, and I'm happy than I was able to drop-off unwanted body weight, become stronger and much more flexible. Moreover, I become addicted to fitness and feel bad when sometime I forced to miss a scheduled workout with my trainer because of my sliding working schedule. Without such person near me like my personal trainer this would not be possible. I'm glad that I met a professional fitness guru which I can recommend to my patients, no doubts.

Chris always presents himself and his knowledge of cooking in a very professional manner. The people that come to our monthly classes always feel comfortable with asking him questions about the dishes and about the techniques he is using. Eric is great. I took lessons with him starting off as a beginner who is very uncomfortable in water to very comfortable as I progress with my swimming skills. All the lessons start with a stretch which is really great in making my body ready for the class. It's really nice that he's also a great yoga trainer. For one of my sessions we did yoga instead since I was really sore and that helped tremendously. I'd recommend him as he'll take you step by step through your goals to get you there.
