Julian is a world class trainer! Up to now he is my personal trainer for the past 5 years! But regardless of the age every next year I feel myself younger and stronger than before. It's incredible!!! I have never been in sport oriented person in my life and do not exercised in permanent basis. Now I can do movements which have never been able to perform in my youth 20+ years ago. I'm a MD, Professor, and I'm happy than I was able to drop-off unwanted body weight, become stronger and much more flexible. Moreover, I become addicted to fitness and feel bad when sometime I forced to miss a scheduled workout with my trainer because of my sliding working schedule. Without such person near me like my personal trainer this would not be possible. I'm glad that I met a professional fitness guru which I can recommend to my patients, no doubts.

My first class with Uma was Excellent. Her studio is calm and quiet which exactly I was looking for. She is good at teaching Yoga, helping me do little pranayama and then do a lot of different Yoga exercises.
