I don't think I have ever posted things about my son's weight, but I need to share this with you. We've had a life changing experience this past month. Seriously, if you have a child who has autism and needs physical exercise, Bear is your guy. I found Bear at Body Renovation because I happened to notice his sign outside the door of Body Renovation. He really took his time looking at my physique to get an assessment of what I needed to work on. After that, he custom tailored a workout program for me and has been available for any questions I've had, as I've transitioned to his plan. I've been very impressed and I am looking forward to a long relationship here. Not to mention his fee's are half what some of those other guys charge, and they don't even have the experience to back it up!
