FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

The first step I like to take when giving someone lessons is getting to know them.  I like to know things, such as how long they have played golf, what their goals are, why they are taking lessons, other sports played?  From their I like to see them hit a few balls and we can assess what needs to be done together, and build a program that is suited to the students needs.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a PGA professional.  I graduated with a bachelors degree in marketing and professional golf management from the New Mexico State University.  I have taught over five hundred lessons over the last 7 years.  Golf is a passion and I have attended the coaching and teaching summit held by the PGA.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Lessons prices are as follows:

1hr lesson $55

5 lesson plan $250

10 lesson plan $450

25 lesson plan $1000

50 lesson plan $2000

How did you get started teaching?

I fell in love with the challenge of golf.  I love sharing that feeling of pure joy and excitment of hitting that "great shot."  I love the values the game teaches us, not just in the game but in life.  Things we learn in golf we can carry over to the real world.  Golf has brought me a lot of joy in my life, and I want to teach the game to as many people as I can so they can feel the same enjoyment as I do on the course.

What types of students have you worked with?

I haved worked with students at all skill levels. I have had students as yound as four to 88 years of age.  From the beginner who has never touched a club before coming to see me, to exceptional players who are now playing on Tours around the world, and every skill level inbetween.
