im a solo instructor who can travel to you or you can come to me. i take my students out dancing so they get to use it in real life settings. once a year we go on a dance cruise and really get out there. i love teaching and i love people. i dance on saturdays at tango and malbec with my wonderful partner susanna collins. i go dancing at least 4 times a week. lets go!!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
i give a complementary lesson to meet the student and they can meet me as well as try out my instruction. we then talk about their goals and desires for dancing and i recommend a program based on the students needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i worked at westside dance center for 1 year and then moved to dance arts at champions. i took lessons from a wonderful coach lynn Ferguson and trained with my dance partner verneal morin. i moved to los angeles and worked and trained at beverly hills arthur murray where we had countless sessions with a number of wonderful coaches. i moved back to houston where i started teaching independently and training with susanna my tango partner from argentina.
How did you get started teaching?
i was in theater and my friend asked if i would like to trsin 4 hours a day to become a teacher. i loved people and decided that would be an amazing job. it has been the best thing i have ever done.
What types of students have you worked with?
ive worked with all types of people including some celebrities when i was in la. it has been an amazing experience. we go on a dance cruise once a year and to dance events weekly. ive had some clients for 15 years and we are very close.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
my favorite event is the dance cruise. we dance the whole time and have a blast in other countries. once you go you go every year. this is our 15th cruise or so. i stopped keeping track.
