I’m also the founder of Psych of Dance, a mindful movement program designed to help students grow emotionally and artistically—whether they are beginners, industry-bound, or simply dancing for joy. My experience extends from one-on-one coaching to full production sets in film, music videos, and live performance.

We are the only 5-time Rhythm couple in the DFW area. We specialize in American style Rhythm and Ballroom. We enjoy working with both social and competitive levels (ages 6 & up) as well as wedding couples and all choreography.
