Elevate Movement Dance Company
About
Dance is a beautiful art form where you can truly express yourself in movement, create your own style, get fit, have fun and build your confidence. I am to help students do all of that in Latin styles of dance.
In dance, you will never stop learning. Your brain and your body remains highly active. Your spirit gets a boost because you have done something maybe you thought you couldn't or you took your skills to the next level. I enjoy that for my personal growth and love to see the same in others by helping them achieve it in this art form. And... IT'S FUN!!!!

Beginners to newly intermediate are the students I work with.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I'm fond of Zumba for a cause events, fundraising for nonprofit events, and of course events where I get to perform. I teach for a nonprofit called Dreamers Wish Foundation. Classes are currently Wednesday evenings in SLC at Tushar's, 9pm.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for a teacher who is passionate about what you want to learn. Book and lesson and see if they can explain things to you that are conducive to your learning style.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Students should have a goal in mind. For latin dance, maybe they want to go social dancing, maybe becoming more technical is your goal. Either way, its your goal and as a teacher I want you to achieve it.
