For those I teach, I help improve and sharpen their own skills by showing  them a variety of tools, methods and techniques.  Also, to  consistently help  develop  a deeper  connection with their own vocal and movement range. This helps each one to become versatile in all aspects of theatre and film.  I believe that each individual has the ability to create and form a world that helps them express themselves and to learn and grown with performing arts. 

Studied and taught at the National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts in Georgetown DC. Also have studied at Carnegie Mellon University  for their acting program. I also have worked with groups from ages 5 to adults in directing, creating a character, and improv work. I have toured with the National Theatre  all over the east coast in “ The Outsiders”.  I enjoy my work, and creating and working with other because I believe that the best media in understanding oneself and others. To shed light on ideas, and express and seek the humanity within each one of us.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

How did you get started teaching?

I got started  in teaching in college and with helping mentor kids and teens with script work and improv games. Then moved into working with adults and then professional actors in directing and scene study.
