About
If you are new to eating gluten free or have been at it for a few years but would like some tips on cooking delicious gluten free and healthy, low sugar meals at home, I can help! I have been eating gluten free for over 40 years. I tend to favor a vegetarian or vegetarian- plus-fish diet. I am not vegan. I don't miss bread and for the most part have found that eating from cuisines gluten-free around the world is more satisfying than trying to imitate gluten-containing bread and cakes.
