About

If you are new to eating gluten free or have been at it for a few years but would like some tips on cooking delicious gluten free and healthy, low sugar meals at home, I can help! I have been eating gluten free for over 40 years. I tend to favor a vegetarian or vegetarian- plus-fish diet. I am not vegan. I don't miss bread and for the most part have found that eating from cuisines gluten-free around the world is more satisfying than trying to imitate gluten-containing bread and cakes.

Diana presented a great lesson on how to cook two dishes that were quick and authentic! She provided awesome facts and information about the ingredients we used. It was hands on, and I definitely learned a lot about traditional Indian dishes! Specifically, we made Dal with rice as well as a potato and onion meal with other herbs and spices added in! It was delicious! I highly recommend learning how to cook authentic foods from Diana!

I have cooked and eaten gluten free for over 40 years.  When gluten-free eating became more well known I began traveling to Gluten Free expos in my area to learn more about the wide variety of folks who are now eating gluten free.

My minimum fee for coming to cook/teach you in your home is $200 for 3 hours.  I would provide you with a shopping list ahead of time, and you would buy the products, except possibly some spices
