I believe what sets me apart is my ability to connect with people and share my vast knowledge of cooking and techniques. I have traveled around the world in search of different cuisines and how those foods connect the culture.

What brings me deep satisfaction is watching a student make a leap with their ability. It nurtures me to be part of that type of relationship. Having that light bulb moment when things align is a spectacular moment.
