About

Food is a huge focus of our family. Our favorite activities revolve around discovering new foods and finding or creating new recipes. Even our vacations have food as the focal point. We can't stick with only one type of cuisine because we love eating a variety of foods so we cook foods from many different cultures.

We need to make our meals delicious and (mostly) nutritious. We understand people usually need meals that come together quickly and easily during the busy weeknights, but more elaborate meals are fun for weekends or entertaining. No matter which meals you're looking to make, we've got ya covered.

We’ve built upon our love of food by becoming AFPA certified in holistic health, youth nutrition, weight management and built upon our love of cooking by constantly studying food, expanding our repertoire, palate, and skills.

We love having fun in the kitchen and sharing that joy and our knowledge with the people around us. We feed people as a way to nurture them and show we care. We love passing on that knowledge and skills to others so they are able to cook for themselves and the people they care about, too.

    Rhonda, with two busy parents, cooked for her family from an early age but made the love of cooking her profession in 2014 when she became AFPA certified and began cooking for families with special dietary needs. Vito learned to cook at a young age from his parents who were in the food industry and has since gone on to cook professionally and in competitions.  As adults, we've taken classes and explored the food cultures of Mexico, the American South,  France, Italy, the UK, the Middle East, and Asia. In 2018, the duo founded Nourished.Kitchen to provide "Fresh Food For Frazzled Families"
