Lynn Offutt’s bio As the daughter of a dance instructor, it's not surprising to find that Lynn Offutt has herself been teaching dance for over 30 years, and is the sole proprietor of the long standing Dance Workshop, in Seattle, Washington. Teaching popular social dances like Hustle and West Coast Swing has always been a passion, however, Lynn also carries both National and International certification in 17 other Ballroom and Latin dances.
