We are all creative; and performance is the most fundamental form of creativity and expression we can possibly know. Live performance does not require any materials or technology, only our bodies and our minds and our experiences.

Actors use memories, experience, and physical sense to create fictional worlds. Most importantly, we learn to empathize with the characters in the stories we tell and that makes us more aware of the world around us--and our effect on it.
