Friendly, knowledgeable of the industry, and willing to work around your busy schedule. If you need someone to keep you motivated on your dreams to become an actor, Orion is the man to go to. I didn’t know where to start on my journey nor did I have a clear goal in mind during our first couple meetings. But he is patient and encouraging nonetheless. Eventually I took his suggestions and started looking into acting-related classes and workshops, found new goals to work on. I even had an acting teacher told me she was blown away by my script breakdowns that even her own advanced students didn’t know - and these are all from Orion’s teachings! If you’re on the fence about becoming an actor (especially financially), let me tell you something: the amount Orion charges per session is A LOT more forgiving than any acting classes in the country. And he’s willing to hear you out and work around your budget. Go and take the plunge - you won’t regret it!

I worked with Orion to prep for the biggest audition of my life - the program at Steppenwolf Theater in Chicago. I had to prep a monologue as well as a scene and Orion helped me perfect both. When working my monologue, Orion helped me get really specific and develop an outline and emotional through line for the piece. He also opened my eyes to areas of the monologue where I could really shine, and he also made me think about certain parts of it in a new and eye-opening way. In working the scene with me, he altered his own reading of the script in many different ways, which was crucial in preparing me to perform the scene with a reader whom Id never met before.
After working with Orion, not only did the pieces I was working on have more weight and value within me, but I also felt 100% prepared to drop the mic at my audition - AND I DID!
It was one of the best auditions of my life, and because of Orions specificity-oriented and moment-to-to moment work, I was able to be fully present and trust in myself, which left me with zero regrets after my audition. I felt so supported and championed by him, and I cant wait to have him coach me again!
