Ciao, I’m Angela,
I moved with my family 6 years ago from Italy, yeah, I’m 100% Italian. I was born and raised close to Rome in a little town called Sezze Romano which is famous for their artichokes. We moved to Milan right after our wedding, we lived there for 11 years... and 2 kids, another little one has just arrived! I learned how to cook watching my grandmas, organizing parties with my mom, cooking with my mother-in-law and friends around. I started my Italian cooking business because I want to offer the opportunity to experience the Italian lifestyle, starting at the table.

Explaining what is BELLANGELA Italian Cuisine, what I can offer and ask what they are looking for, always customize my services to the students' requests.

How did you get started teaching?
I'm always cooking and I share my food with friends and neighbors and everybody always gives me awesome feedbacks on how tasty, genuine, and complete my preparations are. Many wanted me to share my knowledge and cooking skills, so I challenged myself and it was the best decision ever... I'm in love with what I do! I love having people around and have fun in the kitchen, I love to see their satisfied faces while enjoying my food, I am super food-preparation-tip person and I will never stop talking about my beloved wonderful country.
What types of students have you worked with?
Multicultural students from all over the world, with experience or without. Students passionate about knowing how to be able to prepare easy, healthy and delicious Italian food and lifestyle.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A very successful Italian Lasagne tasting event where I prepared three different lasagne to enjoy at my table, Italian style, while having good food and conversation.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Anyone interested to know the how-to's to find their own way in their kitchen without storing crazy ingredients in their pantries or buying expensive food for a healthy, easy and delicious Italian diet.
