What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Ask them if they have food allergies, ask them what they love and if they have any fears. What is their main goal and what they want to accomplish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in arts and science. Have worked with a lot of youth in non profit programs. I have kids of my own. I own my own business so I lnow how to delegate jobs and task. I am a easy going person and have a lot of patience. Experience in cooking competitions so I can teach people how to prep for that if they want to do that.
