Cooking With Ave
About
I've been cooking since I was little kid! I've worked in many fine restaurants with chefs that have run a tight kitchen. I've worked in every setting in a restaurant from dishes, to salads and desserts, soups, pizzas, and the grill. I've prepped and chopped for endless hours. I'll teach you knife skills from sharpening to chopping. I have amazing recipes that cover a wide range of foods from all over the world, Hispanic, Italian, Asian and the good'ol USA. I look forward to seeing you in my kitchen, ciao.
I've worked with almost every nationally and type of person. I'm easy to get along with and will make the best of any situation. Chefs can be really hard to work for so I'll always be patient and encouraging in the kitchen. I really love feeding people and making food with people and enjoying company while preparing food. I love sharing my recipes and giving tips that one only learns from boiled over pots, burns, cuts and kitchen experience.
