I am passionate about the connection between body movement and health, and feel called to share my excitement for dance with people of every age group and level of ability, especially those feeling less-abled.

I honor the expression of each individual and work with patience and kindness to help people feel a new experience of freedom and joy.

I love to support people through the beginning phases of learning new ways of moving and then to see their commitment and perseverance turn into joy, laughter and fun.
