Unified Dance Studio

All the classes are different and fun! The Yoga class helps me to reduce stress and become more flexible. The Zumba class is so much fun and it’s a great way to burn calories!

Treena is encouraging, and energetic. Her classes have helped me build a consistent workout routine for the first time in my life. I really look forward to going to Yogafit, Booty Barre and Zumba. Each are very different classes but she leads each of them perfectly. They are great workouts and you can see yourself progress week to week. I would highly recommend taking classes with Unified Dance Studio.

My daughter loves Miss Treena. She is great with the kids, even through zoom. She has a way of keeping them engaged and focused.

The class is very friendly. Everything proceeds at a great pace. We always have time to ask questions if we have any. Its a great time all together!

My daughter has loved taking dance from Ms. T in her 5 year old ballet and jazz class. Ms. T does a great job engaging the kids, they learn so much and have fun!

Treena teaches zumba classes weekly to all of our students in preschool through fifth grades. When asked what their favorite class is at school they always say, Zumba! Even the newest, most introverted of kiddoes join the routines. Its great aerobic exercise and helps students with coordination and balance, and the music energizes the entire school on Mondays and Fridays when its zumba day. Sure, I sometimes wake at 3 a.m. with Crocodile Rock running around my head, but its a small price to pay for all of the fun and benefits Treenas program brings to the kids. She is an incredibly patient and positive instructor as well as being creative and enthusiastic apparently without limit.
