Arthur Murray has been teaching the world to dance for 105 years. All of our instructors are certified to teach partnership dancing to individuals and couples. We use Private instruction, group sessions and host dance parties for practicing.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We offer an introductory program that is a great way to sample what we do at Arthur Murray Dance Schools. Students are able to come try private lessons and group classes to see what we are all about. This gives them a great gage for how much they will learn, and insight into our amazing teaching system.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our instructors go through a training program that not only teaches steps and patterns, but also how to teach each type of learner, understand adaptive learning techniques for both the lead and the follow of each social/partnership dance. They must then pass ongoing certification examinations for each level of instruction, in both dancing and teaching.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes, all tution rates are the same as students evolve through the levels of dancing. Each student can acheive their perfered level of competence. There are some programs offered through business partnership at a special rate. We also offer a Military Rate for our enlisted and retired Military personnel.
What types of students have you worked with?
We teach students from all walks of life. Juniors, Young Adults, Single, Married, Seniors. We have taught students with physical issues by using adaptive training methods.

Our in house dance parties, our district events, our Balls and Gala affairs, Showcases and dance exhibitions.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure they are certified by a reputable governing body. That they teach from an approved sylabus with the most current dance steps and patterns.
