One of the reasons I love teaching music is because it opens the door to great opportunities for my students. For those students who are learning to develop their singing voice or play an instrument, music is an experience that activates creative genius. My students learn how to train their ear to recognize musical patterns in the songs they’re learning to sing and play as they develop the skills to recognize when their voice and instrument are out of tune.
