I have 40 years of experience playing, and teaching several instruments. I have lots of really good curriculum that makes the process foolproof. I emphasise learning to read music as well as tablature. Lots of live and studio experience. Worked with many acts on both local and national level. Currently working on an album. I’m also a local luthier. I'm currently offering online lessons.
Music is my life, and I’ve dedicated my life to it. It’s what I am best at. I love teaching students, especially beginners. I can teach them the proper way and not have to experience the pain and aguish of being self taught. One thing watching videos cannot do for you, is to identify what you need to work on. I can help students identify needs quickly and get past them.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Asess their needs, and if they are beginners, I start with time tested and proven curriculum. I take them through that curriculum, making sure they understand it. I emphasize sight reading, and use audio tracks and or a metronome to teach good timing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had teachers of my own, and have taken theory classes. Otherwise I'm self taught, but I've playing and teaching for over 40 years.
