About this pro

I have been training or exercise in my body for the last 25 years to be the best athlete/person that I can be. I played sports throughout school I graduated with a degree in bio mechanics and I competed as a decathlete. I thrive on getting my clients tough physically and mentally. I try to be as honest and as personal as I can be. Also I try and push my students to be the best intelligently and emotionally as well as physically. I take the time out of every minute to make sure you are getting the most out of your training. Serious athletes means fun training for me.

I enjoyed the smiles of the achievements through practice. There is nothing more satisfying than someone reaching a goal and feeling such relief that All things are attainable.  I enjoy the challenges that my clients bring, the types of personalities and the different aspects of athleticism helps me become better at my job.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I first start off by getting to know them asking more questions then they probably would like to answer. Then We get started.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a bachelors degree in exercise science/bio mechanics. I played four sports in high school basketball football track and baseball. I played college basketball as well as a decathlete track and field at a D2 college. I am certified to coach and all of the sports.  I took on golf after graduating college and have really been passionate about coaching golf And have been certified to coach that sport is well.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

My pricing depends on the experience of the client. If I have a beginner client it is $75 an hour And then once you become more advanced it will be the regular $100,if I have an experienced client  or someone extremely familiar with what they are capable of doing when it comes to their sport, it is $100 an hour and that is all as far as rates that apply. If there is an expense that will need to be covered that’s where the money goes in regards to your training. It’s very simple. Cash, check or Venmo is the best way to make transactions.

How did you get started teaching?

I’ve always love the thrill of competing in any sport that I do but being able to help others and to guide them through tough times to become successful is something that I always dreamed of doing. I have acquired great knowledge as well as skills to perfect communicating with younger people as well as more mature people When it comes to teaching a process.

What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of students ranging from kindergarten to seniors in high school to seniors in college, I accept any challenge I’m willing to even work with physically Impaired clients. I try and relate to all of my students no matter what the personality is, getting to know my students is my goal because if I don’t know them I won’t be able to help them.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Look for someone that is patient, someone that will really break down and process your athletic movements and your goals in regards to the sport you are willing to take on seriously.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Am I really ready for this?. This is going to be the best worst thing you’ve ever done. She’s in a sport to become great at is like a job but way more fun also a lot of work.
