About this pro

My objective in teaching the game of golf is to help my students improve their skills and develop their abilities. My goal is to instill CONFIDENCE and CONSISTENCY. Both must come together to achieve personal expectations. Since the performance of the game is based on the individual’s ability, we will customize each lesson for each specific student. I teach for the student and not at the student.

I have been formally trained in physical fitness and sports enhancement. My goal is to coach the student how to prevent injury and enjoy the game for a long time.  Even if the student has physical limitations, I believe that we can build a CONFIDENT and CONSISTENT golf swing.

Mark has really helped my son grow as a golfer. Thanks to his coaching he made the high school golf team. My son continues to take lessons from Mark and we couldn't be happier.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Through a pre-lesson interview, I will be able to understand the student’s WANTS and NEEDS. We would plan and base all lessons around the student’s personal goals. Those personal goals will be ACHIEVABLE, ATTAINABLE, and MEASURABLE.  My non-method approach to instructing at the practice facility can be easily transferred to the golf course.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been formally trained in physical fitness and sports enhancement. My goal is to coach the student how to prevent injury and enjoy the game for a long time.  Even if the student has physical limitations, I believe that we can build a CONFIDENT and CONSISTENT golf swing

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Adults 45 Minutes - $50.00

Juniors 30 Minutes - $25.00

What types of students have you worked with?

I have been working with Juniors from the ages of 9 thru 15 years old, young adults.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

If there is one piece of advance I would give, it would to make sure the instructor is getting you closer to your athletic goals.
