Coach Jen has been our first introduction to a team sport for our 5year old son Karl. We couldn’t be more grateful. She has not only taught him basic soccer skills, but also social skills like teamwork, patience and determination. She motivates him and the team to do their very best and they have so much fun! Having played at the collegiate level of sports myself watching my son flourish and want to learn gives me a happy heart. I highly recommend Coach Jen as she clearly understands the game of soccer by having achieved the highest level of play, fitness and well-being and being able to bring that to our youth is priceless.

I travel for work. During the evenings we are usually hosting business dinners and meetings. I do virtual training first thing in the morning with my trainer before I start my day. Sometimes we train in the hotel room and sometimes we train in the hotel gym. I feel great knowing my fitness program doesn't stop due to travel and when I come home my trainer comes to my house.
