The service I provide and have committed to my whole life is focused on the goals you have, incorporated with the skills that I'm confident in teaching. As an individual that grew up learning in the boxing ring and watching my father teach while I sat ringside has provided me with the knowledge, understanding, appreciation, and skills in the sport of boxing. It has and always will be my passion. I'm extremely motivated to pass on what I know and to motivate others to be confident in their ability to self defend and to be a successful fighter in the professional world of boxing. It takes years of studying the sport to understand how to teach others.
Stamina, strength, footwork, cardio, heavy bag, speed ball, velocity bag, and sparring are all involved in one session with me along with a few other strategies that are great for staying healthy and in shape.
I have the necessary equipment and teach out of my home located in Glendale.

My father was on the USA boxing team and later trained one of the first Australian Olympic medalist out of a gym he ran when I was younger. Growing up in the ring and knowing how to protect and defend myself has benefited in so many ways in life. Confidence is something that I see others struggle with, but when you're in good shape, skilled in defense movements, and have strong physical strength theres nothing in life you cant apply one or all of those qualities too. This leaves no room to lack confidence in any situation because strength and defense starts in the mind, it's a mind set a type of knowledge and understanding that only you built to become powerful. The same applies physically.. Having both good physical and mental abilities equips you for the real world and all of its situations. That's why I love the sport and will always teach and encourage others to incorporate boxing into their daily routine. Believe me it will change your life!
