About
I have been in the golf business for 29 years (PGA member for 26 years), with many of those years being a Director of Instruction. I am an instructor of simple teaching, by keeping it focused on the basics, stance, balance, swing plane, tempo and finish... I have worked with many golfers of different abilities from scratch, High school State champions, to absolute beginners. My favorite part of teaching is having the student smile after hitting a shot better than they can remember!! And that is why I look forward to working with you.

Kurt has been a game changer for me. I’d been playing for a few months and knew something was missing, but couldn’t figure out what no matter how much I practiced. After just one session with him, everything started to click. Even my friends noticed right away how much more consistent & accurate I was hitting the ball.
He explains things in a way that actually makes sense, and he focuses on the fundamentals without overcomplicating it. On top of that, he gives practical drills I can work on at home and helpful ways to think through each shot, which has made a huge difference.
You can also tell he really knows his stuff just by watching him hit. I’ve only had one lesson so far, but it completely changed the direction of my game. Now it feels like I’m building on a solid foundation instead of guessing. Highly recommend working with him.

Perfect fit for a beginner. Basic fundamentals in all parts of the game. 30 minutes class length allows for us to work on one or two things without being overwhelmed with information.
