It is a huge thrill to be able to improve one's enjoyment of the game. I have a very good eye for finding quick ways to improve your game. I have been playing the game all of my life and have been teaching for the last 15 years. My easy going personality coupled with a trained eye allow made me successful as a golf coach.
I have been very successful in working with golfers of all skills. From beginners getting them ready to play to intermediate and advanced players seeking improvement.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First I like to find out what they hope to accomplish. After that I ask them to hit a few balls after they warm up so I can see their what their fundamentals look like. It helps me determine was adjustments need to be made.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I participated in the PGA Golf Management Program and I have been playing the game for 40 years and teaching the game for 20 years.

$80 per hour + range balls
How did you get started teaching?
I worked at a golf course and gave golf lessons to the owner. After that, he asked me to teach and I have been doing it ever since.

All types from beginners to advanced.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
You should definitely find someone you are comfortable with.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
They should think about what their objectives are.
