In the process, I fostered a good work ethic and sportsmanship among team members. I used my communication skills to resolve team issues diplomatically and fairly. I emphasized guiding the team to enjoy good competition and to achieve success for each individual, whether a winner or not.

Instructed two different programs for fifth and second graders involving both in school and after-school instruction. The program for second-graders utilized Big Ball tennis instruction. This program generated so much interest that a local television station, Channel 12, videotaped me doing a session. This CD is available upon request.
