TopFlight Golf Instruction By Alex Vassall
About
I have been playing golf for over 15 years. I graduated from the Golf Academy of America - Phoenix Campus. Golf has long been a passion of mine, ever since my Grandpa Vassall put a club in my hand. It was his teaching me that inspired me to pursue Golf Instruction as a career. As I am a recent graduate from the Golf Academy I am looking for new students wherever I can find them. I have received personal instruction from the Harvey Pennick Golf Schools in Austin, Texas, in addition to the instruction I received from the PGA certified instructors at the Golf Academy.
It is my goal to bring dedication, passion, and FUN to each of my students. I have taught juniors, adults, and seniors all. I have received Golf Academy of America Certifications in Teaching, Management, Club Fitting/Repair, and Tournament Play. Currently, I am working on my own game in pursuit of a Tour Career, as well as helping and encouraging talented students to the same aspirations.
My teaching specialties are in the full swing and short game - particularly chipping, pitching, and putting. However, I do try and be a student-oriented instructor, providing assistance in what areas of the game the student desires and adding in what tips and instructions I can based on what I see out of each student.
In addition to my education at the Golf Academy, I have also received to Bachelor's Degrees from Arizona State University - Political Science and Human Communication.
