Founded in 1955, Pasadena Dance Theatre (PDT) serves the Pasadena, California community and surrounding areas. This non-profit organization is dedicated to advancing the art of dance through professional performances and comprehensive educational programs. PDT plays a crucial role in the local arts community, providing a space for students and dance professionals to explore, nurture, and innovate in both classical ballet and contemporary dance. Their Conservatory of Performing Arts offers classes for all ages, and they also host a scholarship program and summer intensive dance courses. Many of their former students have gone on to achieve global recognition in the world of dance.
