About
Born in San Diego CA, Andrea started dancing and performing at 2 years old in disciplines like Ballet, Flamenco, Tap & Jazz. She always felt pasionate about the performing arts in general. At 17 she started training in contemporary and Hip Hop and joined her High School teams “Surreal Fidelity” and “Kinnections” that’s when she knew she wanted to pursue a career as a profesional dancer.
She then came back to San Diego for family difficulties and started studying her college degree (Graphic Design) while working part time teaching Baby Ballet and Baby Tap, that’s when she saw the beauty of being a teacher which made her get more into it.
She has been working for the past three years with children of ages 3 through 12, teens and young adults teaching Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Modern, Hip Hop, Heels and Flamenco.
Moved recently to LA to pursue her dancing career and become a Creative Director; she is currently a DNA (The Helix) dance team member and keeps taking classes in studios like Millennium Dance Complex, Debbie Reynolds, Evolution Studios & The Movement Lifestyle.
