I am a professional dancer that has experience teaching ballet, jazz, Contemporary , bellydance and burlesque. I also have experience teaching a variety if age ranges, from children through adults.
I love being able to teach others about the joys of dance, how hard work pays off and how everyone can learn to dance!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to speak with student, either in person or phone or email, to get a sense of where they are in their training and what they want to accomplish by taking my class. Our first lesson will be about technique and seeing where we should go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional dance that currently performs all over Los Angeles and also the east coast. I hold a BFA in Theater and Dance from New York University. I also teach dance on after school programs and at local studios.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Private lessons are $75-100 per hour depending on mileage, studio rental, etc. I can also teach small groups for $25 per person .
How did you get started teaching?
I was asked to teach at a summer program and enjoyed it very much.
What types of students have you worked with?
All types. Young and old.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be prepared to work hard. Dance is fun, but it can also be strenuous and tiring . It is worth it though! I'm also here to encourage you and help you be the best dancer you can be.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Decide what you want to accomplish and how many lessons, or how long you want to take lessons from me. Any injuries I should be aware of.
