Physical Education

I am a Credentialed Physical Education teacher in the Great State of California, and hold a Masters degree of Physical Education. I am currently working as a PE teacher remotely in Yucaipa-Calimesa Joint Unified School District. I am also the Varsity Head Baseball Coach at Polytechnic School, Pasadena, CA. My passion for health and wellness began as a child, with pipe dreams of becoming a Major League Baseball Pitcher. My dream was cut short after competing at the D1 College level due to a shoulder rotator cuff injury. My practice focuses on injury prevention, and strength and conditioning. My services provide instruction, and all the necessary training equipment for each session. I incorporate the TRX Suspension & Rip Trainer in my training, as well as a travel bownet to work on throwing and hitting skills. My expertise is with Pitching instruction, as I was a D1 pitcher for Cal State Fullerton. I am able to accommodate individual, and group lessons if necessary.
