I hired Austin for my first golf lesson in August of 2019. My first lesson went well in my opinion as Austin seemed fun and enthusiastic. After paying for my first lesson, he offered if I want to pay for 10 additional classes for $500 in order to save money which I accepted. Unfortunately after my payment, it got very difficult to organize a weekly schedule with Austin because he showed no interest to follow up or sometimes even cancel last minute. I tried several times to reason with him and explain how I need to have a regular weekly schedule for my lessons but I wasn’t successful. After over 4 months, I was only able to get him to come out 2 times. I finally asked him to reimburse me for the remaining 8 classes because I wasn’t happy with his lack of interest to have a set weekly schedule. Austin accepted to reimburse me after the holidays. However, I haven’t been able to get a hold of him since then. I have messaged his phone number, called him and left voice mails, contacted him on this website and even Facebook but he has not responded to any of my messages. I hope Austin realizes that he has not just stolen money from me but also ruined my passion for learning golf. I hope others get to read this message and think twice before paying him in advance.

First lesson went well. He is a personable young man and easy to work with.
