Coach Deep did a great job of working with my 9 year old on QB skills as well as general fitness training and good athlete discipline and habits. His correction to my son’s deep pass throwing mechanics definitely made a noticeable difference this season for our team resulting in more touchdowns and less interceptions. He has and teaches a great work ethic that goes beyond just the sport.

I came to Dagan because I was a couple weeks shy of my friends destination wedding and couldn't fit into my already purchased bridesmaids dress . Dagan's level of commitment to health and fitness is obvious, he knows his stuff. With his diet tips and cardio training I was able to walk down the isle without my bridesmaids dress zipper 1" unzipped. Dagan has an encouraging and non intimidating approach and I would recommend him to anyone trying to lose weight or maintain a healthy lifestyle.

As a former division 1 athlete, I can honestly say that going through Jon's Vertimax program is the closest thing I've felt to being back in my college program. You will be sore the next day. You will feel muscles you didn't know you had. But you will also come out the other side more explosive and a better overall athlete. The combination of the resistance training and Jon's knowledge make for a great workout.
