I strive to get the most flavor out of the best ingredients by certain techniques and methods of cooking and preparing meals for myself and others.
There is just nothing more gratifying than to teach someone how to prepare food so they can do it on their own. They then have a sense of accomplishment and knowing that they're providing themselves and others happiness through the delicious food and their healthy ways of cooking and the food selection. Hopefully, planting a seed of inspiration to further their knowledge and learn different techniques in the kitchen. To lead them to a lifetime of cooking and eating happy and healthy.
