In addition we prepare food from the Carribean, Pacific Rim, Provence, Northern and Southern Italy... Thai, Vietnamese, Cambodian, chinese and Japanese... we make Sushi (won an award in 1991 for Sushi in "The Taste of Colorado" also won Award for Appetizers at the Taste of Carmel in Ca.)
we are very customer friendly and consult with our clients on every aspect of their event... In addition our clients have access to our many references... in short, we are a comprehensive catering company, encompassing most world cuisines with qualty, care and understanding our clients needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
we try to ascertain the students needs, skill level and direction (cooking or Baking) then we create a custom syllabus for that student... we create an environment that is comfortable and exciting to motivate our students
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Went to The NY Cullinary Studio... Studied with Asian chef, Sivalinga Puntsinami also Chef William Santini... Baking Chef Charles Mimran and world renowned Chef Max Aben as well as working for 40 years in the Hospitality Business
