I specialize in African Dance and Dances with African Influences. I also provide Movement Meditations and Affirmations to incorporate in your daily practice/ wellness routine. I incorporate Messages in Movement to inspire the clarity, confidence and courage necessary for positive thought and life changing transformation.
I LOVE People and I LOVE Dance! I LOVE incorporating my two passions together by helping people discover how movement can assist them in self-healing, self-attuning and self-aligning. It's pure JOY when others have that transforming aha moment and realize daily MOVEMENT is necessary for the SOUL!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Initial phone call to discuss students vision, timeline, budget and expectations.
One a verbal agreement is made dates are set and a written contract is sent via email.
Upon return of contract and deposit rehearsal, classes, movementshops, retreats, events, etc are executed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30+ years studying and teaching various forms of dance including but not limited to: ballet, tap, modern: cunnigham, graham, horton, Jazz, jazzfusion, west and central african dance, dunham technique, afro carribeandance
20+ in Theater and Performance Coaching
Bachelors Degree in Africana Studies & Urban Studies
Certifications: Kinesiology, Anatomy & Physiology;
B-School Class of 2014: Online Business School, Creative Solutions & Online Marketing for Entreprenuers
