Coach Deep did a great job of working with my 9 year old on QB skills as well as general fitness training and good athlete discipline and habits. His correction to my son’s deep pass throwing mechanics definitely made a noticeable difference this season for our team resulting in more touchdowns and less interceptions. He has and teaches a great work ethic that goes beyond just the sport.

JSF is a great place for the beginner to the advanced mature athlete. JSF will help you and guide you to reach your goals or set ones you didn't know you had. Joey's one on one to group training sessions maximize your training time physically and emotionally. Personally I even the boxing trainiing that is incorporated to stretch my cardio limits.

I am currently taking classes with Josh, and I like his teaching style. Classes are personalized to an area I want to focus on. After the first week, I saw improvements in my shooting when I played with friends. He has a half-court in his backyard, and I take my classes there. It is very easy to set up an appointment as he texts you ahead of time to confirm, so there are no last-minute changes. I would recommend him to anyone at any level.

Great trainer. If you want great price and a trainer who focus on the right form then this is the place. This trainer is amazing. Not only is his price low but also he is very helpful with helping me reach my goal. He helped me fix my posture with easy exercise. He would suggest exercise that helps you reach whatever goal you have. Best part is that you don't need to go to the gym. He can go to you to work out. No intimidating people watching you exercise. Highly highly recommend this place. No more crazy expensive fees for a private trainer. Plus the trainer at the gyms are not as attentive as this trainer. If you wanna go to the gym, he has also a gym for you to go too. It's super clean and not a lot of people. It is for private session use. Best part is that it doesn't smell like the locker room. They clean the equipments.
