My approach to personal training goes beyond 1 on 1 sessions. My packages give clients a more comprehensive service. In addition to personal training sessions, I am also your friend that you can call for advice, or talk you out of eating that cheese cake staring you in the face

You can say it's in my blood. My dad was an old school bodybuilder, award-winning bodybuilder as a matter of fact. Because of my dad is why I am where I am today. I enjoy working with people and recently in the last few years I've been working with bikini and figure fitness Women competitors. And on the men's side physique and classic muscle competitors. It's always so awesome to see peoples reactions and smiles and excitement when they start seeing there body transformations. I've worked with world-class athletes all the way to The Little old lady next-door.
