Family oriented club that has kids as young as 7, all the way up through 18+. Coach François' training methodology is focused on speed improvements in all 4 strokes. Kids build their stamina and work on refining their form in practice. Experienced swimmers mentor younger swimmers which makes the club a friendly, welcoming environment. Fees are very reasonable. Kids are not pressured to enter competitions. My son loves the team!
